1、蒸汽鍋爐生火之前,應(yīng)檢查各閥門水管、汽管、壓力表、安全閥、水位表、排污閥等是否處在完好狀態(tài)。

2、蒸汽鍋爐用水要經(jīng)軟化處理,并保持清潔,不準(zhǔn)含有油脂。

3、水位表的玻璃管外應(yīng)裝置堅(jiān)固的防護(hù)罩,外部應(yīng)保持清潔.每班應(yīng)沖洗一次,察看水位表里的水面是否能迅速上升或下降。如在運(yùn)行時(shí)看見水位表內(nèi)有水面呆滯不跳動(dòng),應(yīng)立即查明原因,防止形成假水位。
